we compare the usage for the 12 months (usually) after
our work is done and do the math.

agree not to make any drastic changes in your energy
consumption. You allow us to get copies of you energy
bills, including 12 months previous.
Why should I share the
savings? This way you can
save money without spending any for the improvements. Most
people are skeptical about claims for savings, energy
efficiency, etc. rightly so. WE know that we are always
skeptical of claims. After the time period is over all the
savings are yours.

different? Each situation

invest the longer the time period and typically the larger the
